How do I download a purchased product?
Once a purchase is made, there are 2 ways you can download the zip folder:
From Email Link
- Look for an email with the subject line “Your Adept Dept order is now complete” (Please check your spam folder if it does not show up in your inbox).
- Under Downloads, you should see the product you purchased.
- In the Download column, click the .zip link and the download will start.
Log in to Adept Dept
- After logging in, hover over “My Account”, click “Downloads”.
- You should be able to see all the products you purchased
- Download the products you want
Do I need special software to use these digital design products?
Yes, because most digital design products sold on Adept Dept require specific software to run. Consequently, we highly recommend that you review the product listing and learn about the required software before buying.
Do I need to be a pro to use the digital design products?
Nope, all design files are easy to use and are created with you in mind. In most cases, you will only need to show or hide layers and replace design images in smart objects.
What is the Return Policy?
Since most of the products we offer are digital and cannot be returned, the majority of purchases cannot be refunded. However, we will do our best to help you get your purchase working properly so you can start creating. If you’re experiencing a technical issue with a product, please contact us at support@adeptdept.com and we will be happy to help you.
