AI Product Terms

These terms (the “AI Product Terms”) apply to your use of AI-powered products and tools offered by Adept Dept, including, but not limited to, AI Text-to-Image Generator, Replace Background, and any other AI-powered tools (the “AI Products”). Adept Dept reserves the right to update these AI Product Terms from time to time.

1. AI Product Description

The AI Products enable users (“User”) to create graphic resources using AI-powered tools provided by Adept Dept, resulting in AI-generated content (“AI Generated Content”).

2. User Responsibility

The User is responsible for any text uploaded to the AI Products (“Input”) and for the resulting material generated by the AI Products, including images, presentations, or any other graphic resources (“Output”). The User must ensure that Inputs and Outputs comply with these AI Product Terms before using or sharing them.

3. Usage Limits

Adept Dept may impose limits on the number of AI Generated Content the User can create using the AI Products. The User will be notified when the maximum number of Outputs for the User account is reached. Please note that the availability of the AI Products may vary by language.

4. Third-Party Providers

The AI Products use technology provided by third-party service providers, and the User must comply with the terms and conditions and/or license agreements of these providers, which are incorporated into these AI Product Terms by reference.

5. Use of AI Generated Content

The User may use the AI Generated Content for any legal purpose, provided it complies with these AI Product Terms. The User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for such use, and any use of the AI Generated Content is at the User’s own risk.

6. Prohibited Uses

The User agrees not to upload any Input or use any Output to:

6.1. Infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property and/or image rights or other rights of any third party.

6.2. Generate spam, false, misleading, deceptive, harmful content for any person or group, or violent imagery.

6.3. Mislead anyone that the AI Generated Content is human-generated.

6.4. Generate political content for dissemination in electoral campaigns.

6.5. Generate nudity or shocking content, including obscene gestures or other profane subjects.

6.6. Slander, libel, or vilify any person, race, sex, culture, sexual orientation, religion, country, region, town, village, or any other place, or any other human group.

7. Enforcement and Breach

If any Input or Output is alleged to be unlawful or in breach of these AI Product Terms, Adept Dept may disclose such content to law enforcement or other governmental authorities, or in response to a court order. A breach of these AI Product Terms may result in the suspension or banning of the User’s account.

8. AI Generated Content Disclaimer

The User acknowledges that AI Generated Content is generated by artificial intelligence technology. Adept Dept does not select, examine, control, guarantee, approve, sponsor, or identify itself with the AI Generated Content.

Adept Dept makes no warranty as to the legitimacy, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI Generated Content and disclaims any liability or responsibility arising from its use by the User or any omissions or errors contained in the AI Generated Content. The User is solely responsible for obtaining professional and independent advice before using the AI Generated Content.

9. User Content Usage Rights

By creating AI Generated Content, the User grants Adept Dept the right to host Inputs and Outputs on Adept Dept’s platforms, publish them on the Website, make them available to other Users, and use them for marketing and improving Adept Dept’s products and services.

10. Reporting Undesired Results

The User acknowledges that, in certain cases and due to certain Inputs, the AI Products may produce undesired results. If such results occur, the User may contact Adept Dept through the support form to report them. If there is any doubt as to whether an Output may violate these AI Product Terms, the User should refrain from using it.
